SS26
by MDD(辰达半导体)SS26 is MDD's surface-mount Schottky rectifier in an SMA package. It is used in power circuits for rectification, freewheeling paths, and reverse-polarity protection, with the Schottky junction making it relevant where forward conduction loss matters. The 2-pin symbol and 2-pad SMA_L4.3-W2.6-LS5.2-RD footprint describe the diode's anode and cathode connections. Both are available in the free KiCad download along with a 3D model for viewing component orientation on the board. This library entry comes from a real ProtoFlow import that underwent conversion and checking in the editor. Open SS26 directly in ProtoFlow to place it in a power-stage schematic and PCB layout.
