Does it support Altium too?
Yes. ProtoFlow exports Altium projects as well as KiCad, EAGLE, PADS and EDIF, and it imports KiCad, Altium and EAGLE projects, so you can move designs between ProtoFlow and the tool your team uses.
Will footprints come across?
Yes, when parts are bound to real components, their footprints export with the project.
Do I have to leave ProtoFlow for layout?
