SS310
by MDD(辰达半导体)
MDD's SS310 is a Schottky rectifier used in power conversion and diode isolation circuits. Schottky construction makes this family useful where forward conduction loss and switching behavior matter, such as rectification or a converter's freewheeling path. The SMA body provides a two-terminal surface-mount implementation; confirm anode and cathode orientation when placing it on the board. A free download supplies the 2-pin KiCad symbol alongside the SMA_L4.3-W2.6-LS5.2-RD footprint, containing 2 pads, plus an included 3D model. This conversion has seen use in real designs by 1 ProtoFlow engineer. You can open the SS310 directly in ProtoFlow.
