BAT54
by CJ(江苏长电/长晶)
BAT54 is a small-signal Schottky diode, commonly used for clamping, steering, and switching signals. The Schottky junction's low forward drop is useful in circuits where diode voltage loss matters. This CJ part is represented in a SOT-23-3 surface-mount package. Its free KiCad download includes a three-pin symbol, the three-pad SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.6-P1.90-LS2.8-BR footprint, and a 3D model. Review the symbol's terminal assignments when connecting the diode, since the package pad count alone does not describe its internal connections. The supplied conversion has been used in real designs by 4 ProtoFlow engineers. BAT54 can also be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
