The S8050 is an NPN bipolar transistor used in discrete switching and amplification circuits. This CJ version is represented by a three-pin KiCad symbol and the SOT-23-3_L3.0-W1.7-P0.95-LS2.9-BR footprint, which has three pads. The downloadable package also includes a 3D model for checking its placement on the PCB. With a transistor, the relationship between symbol terminals and physical pads matters, so review the pin mapping in the editor as part of the circuit design.
