BAT54C
by CJ(江苏长电/长晶)
CJ’s BAT54C is a dual Schottky diode with a common-cathode connection in a three-lead SOT-23 package. It is used for compact signal steering, clamping, and protection paths where the low forward drop typical of Schottky devices is useful. The free KiCad set provides a 3-pin symbol, the 3-pad SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.6-P1.90-LS2.8-BR footprint, and a 3D model for assembly visualization. This imported conversion has been used by 3 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, giving the pin-to-pad mapping and package setup practical verification. The BAT54C files can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for schematic capture and PCB layout.
