MMBT2222A
by CJ(江苏长电/长晶)
A surface-mount member of the familiar 2222A transistor family, the CJ MMBT2222A is an NPN device used for general switching and small-signal amplification. The three-terminal arrangement supports conventional base, collector, and emitter connections while keeping the PCB implementation compact. Included KiCad assets pair a three-pin transistor symbol with the three-pad SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint. A corresponding 3D model is supplied to help check board clearances and component orientation. The conversion has already been used by 2 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, adding workflow-level validation beyond the original import. It can be opened directly in ProtoFlow to continue schematic capture or board placement.
