S9015 M6 is a CJ PNP transistor in a three-terminal SOT-23 surface-mount package. A PNP transistor can serve in switching or amplification circuits where the selected device meets the circuit requirements. The downloadable KiCad files pair its 3-pin symbol with the 3-pad SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint. An included 3D model helps show the package during board placement. Check the symbol-to-pad assignments when integrating it into a schematic and PCB, since those connections determine how the transistor is wired. This conversion has been used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in real designs. It can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
