SS56
by MDD(辰达半导体)The SS56 download pairs a two-pin KiCad symbol with the two-pad SMB_L4.6-W3.6-LS5.3-RD footprint and an included 3D model. This MDD Schottky rectifier is used in power circuits for rectification and freewheeling paths. Schottky construction is useful where forward-voltage drop and switching behavior matter, while the SMB package provides surface-mount connections for PCB assembly. Diode polarity remains a key placement consideration when connecting the schematic to the board layout. The supplied assets were produced from a real ProtoFlow import, converted and checked in the editor. Open SS56 directly in ProtoFlow to work with its symbol, footprint and model.
