Schottky diodes are commonly used where a circuit needs diode conduction with a low forward drop, such as signal steering or clamping. For this part, the KiCad download contains a 2-pin symbol, the 2-pad LL-34_L3.5-W1.5-RD footprint, and a 3D model. The package label and pad count make it straightforward to distinguish this PCB placement from other BAS85 package options.
