by SHIKUES(时科)Switching and amplification stages are common applications for the BCX56, an NPN bipolar transistor from SHIKUES. As a bipolar device, it is controlled through its base connection, with the surrounding circuit determining its behavior as a switch or amplifier. A real ProtoFlow import was converted and checked in the editor to produce the downloadable files. Included are a three-pin KiCad schematic symbol, the SOT-89-3_L4.5-W2.5-P1.50-LS4.2-BR footprint with three pads, and a 3D model. The SOT-89-3 package makes this a surface-mount library entry for transistor stages on a PCB. The converted BCX56 entry opens directly in ProtoFlow.
