For high-side switching and power-path control, the AOS AO3401A provides a P-channel MOSFET in a surface-mount SOT-23 package. Its gate, source, and drain connections are represented by a three-pin schematic symbol, paired with a three-pad PCB footprint. This makes the library entry relevant to designs that use a discrete transistor to connect or isolate a supply rail. Included in the free download are the KiCad symbol, SOT-23_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint, and a 3D model for board visualization.
