The Si2318CDS-T1-GE3 from Vishay puts an N-channel MOSFET in a compact SOT-23 surface-mount package. Typical uses include low-side switching and controlling current through a load, with gate drive and operating limits selected for the circuit. Its three-terminal format keeps the device's schematic representation straightforward. Included in the free KiCad files are a three-pin symbol, the SOT-23_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint with three pads, and a 3D model to show the package on the board.
