SMBJ5.0A-13-F
by DIODES(美台)
Transient suppression is the role of the SMBJ5.0A-13-F, a DIODES TVS diode used to limit voltage spikes on protected circuit nodes. Its two-terminal, surface-mount SMB format makes polarity and placement relevant when adding it to a protection network. Available as a free KiCad download, the library package contains a two-pin symbol, the two-pad SMB_L4.6-W3.6-LS5.3-RD footprint, and a 3D model. The model supports a visual check of the diode's position relative to nearby components. In real designs, 2 ProtoFlow engineers have used this conversion. These diode files can also be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
