SMBJ60A
by Littelfuse(美国力特)
The Littelfuse SMBJ60A is a surface-mount TVS diode used to protect a circuit from transient voltage events. Its two-terminal SMB package makes it suitable for placement across a line where transient suppression is needed. The free KiCad files contain a two-pin symbol, the SMB_L4.6-W3.6-LS5.3-RD footprint with two pads, and a 3D model. Check the device’s electrical ratings against the circuit requirements when selecting protection parts; those ratings are separate from the library geometry provided here. These files come from a real ProtoFlow import that was converted and checked in the editor. The part can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
