SMBJ7.5A from RUILON is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression diode for clamping short voltage excursions on electrical lines. Designers use this device family in protection circuits where the transient path and return connection need careful routing. The surface-mount SMB package gives it a two-terminal board interface, with polarity relevant to installation. Included in the download are a two-pin KiCad symbol, the two-pad SMB_L4.6-W3.6-LS5.3-RD footprint, and a 3D model. The CAD files come from a real ProtoFlow import that underwent conversion and checking in the editor. The complete part is available to open directly in ProtoFlow for protection layout work.
