IRLZ44N
by UMW(友台半导体)
For switching and power-control stages, the IRLZ44N is a logic-level N-channel MOSFET commonly used to drive loads from digital control circuitry. This UMW version uses a three-lead through-hole TO-220 package, a practical format for prototypes and assemblies where leaded mounting is preferred. Its free KiCad library files contain a 3-pin transistor symbol, the 3-pad TO-220-3_L10.2-W4.5-P2.54-L footprint, and an included 3D model for checking component placement and mechanical space. The converted part has been used by 6 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, confirming its use beyond the original import. It can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for schematic and PCB work.
