IRF840
by BLUE ROCKET(蓝箭)Power-switching circuits use the IRF840 as an N-channel MOSFET, with the gate controlling conduction between drain and source. This BLUE ROCKET entry uses a through-hole TO-220-3 package, making the physical transistor format an important part of placement and mechanical review. Its downloadable KiCad set supplies a three-pin schematic symbol, the three-pad TO-220-3_L10.0-W4.5-P2.54-L footprint and a 3D model. Together, these resources represent the electrical connections and the component's board-level form without requiring a new library entry to be drawn. The conversion has been used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in real designs. For schematic capture and layout work, the IRF840 entry opens directly in ProtoFlow.
