LC14
by MICROCHIP(美国微芯)The Microchip LC14 is a transient voltage suppression diode used to protect circuitry against brief voltage spikes. Its through-hole DO-13 package makes it a leaded protection component for board-level designs. Included in the free KiCad files are a 2-pin symbol and the 2-pad footprint DO-13_BD6.0-L9.0-P22.5-D0.9-RD_MICCROSEMI-1N5556. A 3D model accompanies the land pattern to show the diode body and its placement in the assembly. For conversion verification, the files come from a real ProtoFlow import that was converted and checked in the editor. The LC14 symbol, footprint and model can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
