BZT52C22
by CJ(江苏长电/长晶)BZT52C22 is a CJ Zener diode used in voltage reference, bias, and clamping circuits. Its intended reverse-breakdown operation supports these uses when the circuit provides appropriate current limiting. Polarity and the surrounding resistor or current source therefore matter when adding it to a schematic. The library files come from a real ProtoFlow import that was converted and checked in the editor. Included in the free download are a two-pin KiCad symbol, the two-pad SOD-123_L2.8-W1.8-LS3.7-RD footprint, and a 3D model of the SMD package. Together, these support schematic entry, PCB placement, and assembly visualization. The complete part is available to open directly in ProtoFlow.
