B5817W
by CJ(江苏长电/长晶)
A two-pin symbol and the SOD-123_L2.8-W1.8-LS3.7-RD footprint form the KiCad library entry for CJ's B5817W. This surface-mount Schottky diode is used for rectification and steering current in power circuits. Schottky diodes are commonly chosen where forward voltage drop and switching behavior matter, with the exact operating limits determined by the selected device. The footprint has two pads, and the free download includes a 3D model in addition to the symbol and footprint. Its files came through a real ProtoFlow import; the converted assets were checked in the editor. The B5817W can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
