Battery connections and removable power leads are common uses for the AMASS XT60 connector family. The keyed connector body helps maintain mating orientation, while the two contacts carry the power connection. This XT60 record provides a through-hole PCB representation with a 2-pin symbol and the CONN-TH_XT60 footprint containing 2 pads. The downloadable KiCad assets also include a 3D model for examining connector position within the board assembly, especially near an enclosure edge or cable exit.
