BTA16-800B
by Slkor(萨科微)Slkor's BTA16-800B is a TRIAC, a three-terminal device used to switch AC loads. Unlike the surface-mount parts in many board libraries, this record specifies through-hole mounting. Its downloadable KiCad symbol has three pins, and the matching TO-220-3_L10.0-W4.5-P2.54-L footprint has three pads. A 3D model is included for reviewing the component's placement in a board view. Check the terminal mapping in the symbol when connecting the gate and main terminals in a schematic. The files originated from a real ProtoFlow import, then were converted and checked in the editor. The BTA16-800B can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
