Header-Male-2.54_2x40 is a two-row, 40-position-per-row male pin header for exposing many PCB signals through a standard through-hole connector. Its 2.54 mm pitch and 80 contacts make it useful for board-to-board links, development interfaces, and other multi-signal connections. The free KiCad download includes an 80-pin schematic symbol, the HDR-TH_80P-P2.54-V-M-R2-C40-S2.54 footprint with 80 through-hole pads, and a matching 3D model for assembly review. This conversion has been verified through use in real ProtoFlow designs by 10 engineers during the last 120 days. The header can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for placement in a schematic and PCB layout.
