SMDJ60A
by Littelfuse(美国力特)Voltage transients on a power rail or external connection are the kind of event the Littelfuse SMDJ60A TVS diode is intended to suppress. This unidirectional device is used across the protected line to clamp a surge, with orientation relevant to the circuit. The files were taken from a real ProtoFlow import, converted and checked in the editor. Included in the KiCad download are a two-pin symbol, the two-pad SMC_L6.9-W5.9-LS7.9-RD footprint and a 3D model. The SMC surface-mount package should be placed with the surge-current path in mind when arranging the board. Access the complete diode directly in ProtoFlow by opening the part there.
