SMCJ60A
by Littelfuse(美国力特)SMCJ60A from Littelfuse is a unidirectional transient-voltage-suppression diode for protecting circuit nodes against voltage spikes. It is typically placed across a protected line and its return path so that a transient is clamped locally. The SMC package is a surface-mount format, allowing placement near the connection being protected. Free KiCad files contain a two-pin diode symbol, the SMC_L6.9-W5.9-LS7.9-RD footprint with two pads, and an accompanying 3D model. Their source was a real ProtoFlow import that was converted and checked in the editor. Open the SMCJ60A library entry directly in ProtoFlow.
