AO3400A
by AOS
The AOS AO3400A is an N-channel MOSFET used for load switching, low-side control, and power-path functions in compact electronic designs. As an enhancement-mode device in a small surface-mount package, it is a practical building block for logic-controlled switching where board space matters. The downloadable KiCad files include a three-pin MOSFET symbol, the SOT-23-3_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint with three pads, and a matching 3D model for layout and mechanical review. This conversion has been verified through use in real ProtoFlow designs by 8 engineers during the recorded 120-day period. The part can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
