Its PowerDI-5 package is represented by the POWERDI-5_L5.4-W4.0-LS6.5-RD land pattern. The free KiCad download includes a three-pin schematic symbol, the three-pad footprint and a 3D model for viewing the device in the board assembly. These assets support schematic connections, PCB placement and a mechanical view of the rectifier within the same design.
