SIM800L
by SIMCOM(芯讯通无线科技)
SIMCom’s SIM800L is an SMD GSM/GPRS cellular module used to add mobile voice, messaging, and packet-data functions to embedded equipment. It is commonly integrated into trackers, telemetry units, and remote controllers that need a modem controlled by a host processor. This library download provides an 88-pin schematic symbol and the 88-pad GSMM-SMD_SIM800L footprint, along with a 3D model for checking the module’s physical placement. For real-world verification, 4 ProtoFlow engineers have used the conversion in real designs. The complete SIM800L component can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for connectivity review and board placement.
