MINTRON's MTF185-104SY1 serves that role with the vertical header arrangement identified by its footprint. Through-hole mounting places its connections through the board, so the header location matters to both routing and assembly access. Included in the KiCad download are a four-pin symbol, the HDR-TH_4P-P2.54-V-F footprint with four pads, and a 3D model for viewing the connector on the PCB. The files come from a real ProtoFlow import whose conversion was checked in the editor. This header can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
