5001
by Keystone
Keystone 5001 is a through-hole PCB test point that provides an accessible connection for probes, clips, measurement equipment, or temporary debugging leads. A dedicated test point makes board bring-up and servicing clearer by assigning a deliberate physical location to a monitored net. The downloadable library entry contains a single-pin KiCad symbol, the one-pad TEST-TH_BD2.54-P1.39 footprint, and a 3D model for confirming its position in the assembled board view. This particular conversion has been used in real designs by 4 ProtoFlow engineers after editor checking. The Keystone 5001 entry can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for placement in a schematic and layout.
