1N4148 is a small-signal switching diode used in fast logic, signal steering, clamping, and protection circuits. ST’s through-hole part is represented by a 2-pin symbol and the DO-35_BD2.0-L4.0-P8.00-D0.5-FD footprint, which contains two pads.
