A bus transceiver is useful where a processor, peripheral, or other logic must share a data path while controlling which side drives it. This surface-mount device has 48 symbol pins and uses the 48-pad SSOP-48_L16.0-W7.6-P0.64-LS10.7-BL footprint. The free KiCad package supplies that footprint together with the schematic symbol and a 3D model for assembly visualization. To verify the conversion, a real ProtoFlow import was converted and checked in the editor. The part can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
