Rockchip’s RV1106G3 is an embedded system-on-chip for camera and machine-vision products, bringing the processing role for a compact vision endpoint into one high-density SMD device. Careful handling of its large pin field and exposed pad is important during schematic mapping and layout. The downloadable KiCad set contains a 129-pin symbol, the QFN-128_L12.3-W12.3-P0.35-TL-EP7.0-1 footprint with 129 pads, and an included 3D model for mechanical review.
