RK3566

by Rockchip(瑞芯微)

Rockchip’s RK3566 is an application processor SoC used as the main compute device in embedded systems. Its large BGA connection field supports the many power, memory, and peripheral nets expected around a processor-class design, while requiring careful schematic organization and escape routing. The supplied KiCad files include a 565-pin symbol and the BGA-565_L15.5-W14.4-P0.40_RK3566_1 footprint with 565 pads; this record does not include a 3D model. The conversion has been used by 5 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, giving the imported ball mapping and footprint practical validation in the editor. The RK3566 library part can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for schematic integration and PCB planning.
