Rockchip’s RK3566 is an application processor SoC used as the main compute device in embedded systems. Its large BGA connection field supports the many power, memory, and peripheral nets expected around a processor-class design, while requiring careful schematic organization and escape routing. The supplied KiCad files include a 565-pin symbol and the BGA-565_L15.5-W14.4-P0.40_RK3566_1 footprint with 565 pads; this record does not include a 3D model. The conversion has been used by 5 ProtoFlow engineers in real designs, giving the imported ball mapping and footprint practical validation in the editor.
