RK3588

Rockchip’s RK3588 is a highly integrated application processor SoC used as the computational core of embedded Linux boards, multimedia systems, and other complex digital products. Its 1088 connections make accurate pin mapping and land-pattern alignment especially important during schematic capture and PCB design. The downloadable KiCad files include a 1088-pin symbol and the matching 1088-pad FCBGA-1088_L23.0-W23.0-P0.65-TL_RK3588 footprint. Two ProtoFlow engineers have already used this conversion in real designs, helping validate the imported library data under practical conditions. The RK3588 library entry can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for review and design use.
