Littelfuse's 1812L050/30PR is a polymer PTC resettable fuse for overcurrent protection in power paths. Its resistance rises as it heats during a fault, limiting current; it can return toward its low-resistance state after the fault is removed and the device cools. The surface-mount part uses the F1812 footprint, which has 2 pads and accompanies a 2-pin schematic symbol in the free KiCad download. A 3D model is included for board assembly checks.
