Vishay's Si2302CDS-T1-GE3 is an N-channel MOSFET for switching loads or signals on a PCB. The three terminals fit a SOT-23 surface-mount pattern, making pin orientation a useful detail to review during layout. In the downloadable KiCad set, the schematic symbol has three pins and the SOT-23_L2.9-W1.3-P1.90-LS2.4-BR footprint has three pads. A 3D model is included for viewing the device on the assembled board. This conversion has been used in a real design by 1 ProtoFlow engineer. Si2302CDS-T1-GE3 can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
