For small-signal rectification and switching circuits, the BAS40BRW-7-F belongs to Diodes' BAS40 Schottky diode family. Schottky junctions are useful where forward-drop behavior and switching response influence the circuit. This version is supplied as a surface-mount device with six symbol pins and a six-pad SC-70-6 package footprint.
