For a half-duplex RS-485 link, the MAX485CSA+T provides the interface between controller logic and the differential bus. This ADI/MAXIM transceiver is used in serial communications where multiple devices share a wired connection. The surface-mount SOIC-8 package is represented by SOIC-8_L4.9-W3.9-P1.27-LS6.0-BL, with 8 pads corresponding to an 8-pin schematic symbol.
