ROHM's BA6287F-E2 is a reversible motor driver IC used to control the direction of a brushed DC motor from external control signals. It is suited to compact motorized mechanisms where the driver belongs directly on the controller PCB. The downloadable files provide an eight-pin schematic symbol and the SOIC-8_L4.9-W3.9-P1.27-LS6.0-BL footprint with eight SMD pads. A matching 3D model is included for assembly visualization and clearance review.
