The M7 from 星海 is a surface-mount rectifier diode for power-supply rectification and other circuits that need current to flow in one direction. Its SMA package makes diode orientation a practical layout consideration: the schematic polarity and board placement need to agree. The download contains a 2-pin KiCad symbol, the 2-pad SMA_L4.4-W2.8-LS5.4-RD footprint, and a 3D model for reviewing the assembled board.
