Samsung's K4UBE3D4AB-MGCL is a surface-mount DRAM device intended to provide working memory in digital systems. Its dense ball-grid package makes careful schematic connectivity and PCB escape planning especially important when integrating the memory with a processor or memory controller. The KiCad package includes a 200-pin symbol, the matching 200-pad FBGA-200_L14.5-W10.0_RS1G32LF4D2BDS-53BT footprint, and a 3D model for mechanical inspection. Two ProtoFlow engineers have used this conversion in real designs, putting the imported library data through actual design work. It can be opened directly in ProtoFlow to begin memory placement and interconnect planning.
