An external DC supply can connect to a board through G-Switch's DC-005H-D025 power jack. This through-hole connector has three symbol pins and a matching three-pad footprint, making its terminal arrangement an important detail when connecting the power input. Position the jack with enclosure access and nearby board components in mind. The free KiCad download includes the connector symbol, the DC-IN-TH_G-SWITCH_DC-005H-D025 footprint, and a 3D model for reviewing its position in the assembly.
