10D561K
by VDR(嵩隆)The VDR 10D561K is a varistor used to suppress voltage transients in protection circuits. Its voltage-dependent resistance allows it to conduct during a surge, helping limit the transient seen by the protected circuit. Selection still depends on the electrical requirements of that protection path. Unlike the surface-mount parts in many compact designs, this record uses a through-hole mounting pattern. Downloadable files comprise a two-pin KiCad symbol, the two-pad RES-TH_L13.0-W6.7-P7.50-D0.7-S5.30 footprint, and a 3D model. Their source is a real ProtoFlow import that was converted and checked in the editor. You can open the varistor directly in ProtoFlow to add it to a protection stage.
