TI's BQ29700DSET is a battery protection IC for a single-cell lithium-ion design. It belongs in the protection section of a battery-powered schematic, where its pin assignments and small package need careful matching to the board. The downloadable KiCad set includes a six-pin symbol, the six-pad WSON-6_L1.5-W1.5-P0.50-TL footprint, and a 3D model. The footprint identifies the WSON package and its pad arrangement; review the associated protection circuit separately when integrating the IC.
