LM340MP-5.0/NOPB
by TI(德州仪器)Use TI's LM340MP-5.0/NOPB where a fixed-output linear regulator fits the board's power-supply architecture. This surface-mount variant uses a SOT-223 footprint, making its copper layout and thermal connections relevant parts of the implementation. The downloadable KiCad package contains a four-pin symbol, the four-pad SOT-223_L6.5-W3.5-P2.30-LS7.0-BR footprint, and a 3D model for board visualization. Check the terminal assignments and supporting circuit against the regulator documentation when incorporating it into a power rail. The conversion originated in a real ProtoFlow import and was checked in the editor after conversion. The complete part can be opened directly in ProtoFlow.
