Use the TI TPS63000DRCR when a design calls for a buck-boost regulator: this IC can regulate an output as the input moves above or below it. The KiCad download supplies an 11 pin symbol and the 11 pad SON-10_L3.1-W3.1-P0.50-TL-EP footprint, including the exposed pad represented in that footprint name. A 3D model is included for board inspection. The converted files have been used by 1 ProtoFlow engineer in real designs.
