SG90

Littelfuse's SG90 is a gas discharge tube used in surge-protection circuitry. It offers a two-terminal component format for a protection path, with surface-mount construction reflected in this imported library record. The downloadable KiCad set includes a two-pin symbol and DIO-DT-SMD_L4.5-W2.7, the corresponding footprint with two pads. A 3D model is supplied as well, allowing the component to appear in board assembly views rather than only in the schematic and copper layout. This particular conversion has been used in real designs by 1 ProtoFlow engineer. The SG90 library entry can be opened directly in ProtoFlow for further inspection.
