MAX86178ENJ+T is an ADI/MAXIM analog front end for physiological sensing designs. Its BGA package makes the pad array a central part of integration, alongside the schematic connections. The KiCad download supplies a 49-pin symbol, the 49-pad BGA-49_L2.8-W2.6-P0.35-BL footprint, and a 3D model. Use the complete footprint name when checking the board layout against the selected device, since it identifies the pad arrangement and package geometry.
